Dr. Bettye T. McLeod
The baby of the McLeod family, Dr. Bettye T. McLeod comes from a family deeply rooted in Masonry. After 43 years as an Instrumental Teacher, she retired from the school system. She currently serves as the Minister of Music at St. Mark’s Institutional Baptist Church. While she enjoys basketball, she is a known avid bowler.
Grand Worthy Matron McLeod has served over 57 years in the Order of the Easter Star. She has served as the 75th, 83rd and is currently serving as the 88th Grand Worthy Matron. Dedicated and Committed to professional development and membership growth, Grand Worthy Matron McLeod is determined to Strive in 2025!

Noel C. Osborne Sr.
Born in Trinidad and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Noel C. Osborne Sr. enlisted in the U.S. Army, and after honorably serving for over 21 years he retired as a First Sergeant. He currently serves as the Chief, Operations Division, Program Executive Office, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors, U.S. Army. He is an avid cook and has been know to sell a house or two in his spare time, all while obtaining two Bachelors Degrees and three Masters Degrees.
Grand Worthy Patron Osborne has served over 38 years in Masonry, rising to the apex of Masonry serving as the 27th Most Worshipful Grand Master for the jurisdiction of Maryland. He currently serves as the 78th Grand Worthy Patron. Passionate about family, Grand Worthy Patron Osborne is dedicated to professional excellence and membership growth.
